Signature Program

 

My 6 Week Signature 'Ditch the Diet' program is designed to help you break free from yo-yo dieting by healing your relationship with food. There is no restricted diet or calorie counting involved; instead, this program combines balancing your hormones, healing your gut (digestive system), and overcoming emotional eating.

It is a holistic approach with mindfulness and positive psychology at its core.
You will learn to tune into your body's needs, recognize emotional triggers, and embrace intentional eating. As you adopt this mindful way, not only do you develop a healthier relationship with food and yourself, but you will see that weight loss naturally follows as a side effect.

Since we are all unique and have different needs and goals, all programs are individually tailored and will be customized and created after we have done the initial consultation. 

You will also be getting ongoing support and accountability check-ins during the duration of the 6 weeks. 

The consultation is a FREE 60-90min session where we review your medical, nutrition, lifestyle and diet history as well as discuss your health and lifestyle goals.

Over the 6 weeks, we'll explore:

• Nutrition, Portion Size, Nourishing vs Non-Nourishing Foods, Mindful Eating.
• Your Food Relationship and Eating Story
• Emotional Eating, Gut Health, Hormones
• Managing Cravings & Triggers
• Behavior Change and Habits
• Building your Emotional Wellness Toolkit
• Personalized Resources
• Weekly Progress Checks, Target Setting & Reflective Exercises.


 

3-Hour One off speed session

Due to the high number of people reaching out for weight loss advice but unsure about starting a program, I have created a 3-hour one to one speed session where we will discuss all things WEIGHT LOSS.

 

Of course you will get a work book, a progress chart, handouts and more in the session but what the session will be about, well that’s up to you. I want to know YOUR story, what are your struggles, your dreams (goals) what is working, what’s not working and HOW do we get to where you want to be? If you have never worked with a holistic nutritionist and weight loss coach before this will be something very different and I am sure you will love it!

 

What do we cover in the session?

  • What/ how are you doing, eating, feeling right now? (Lifestyle, diet, nutrition, health history questionnaire).

  • What are your dreams, goals, desires? (Goals and values)

  • How do we get there? (Action steps, “The Plan”)                                              

  • To lose weight (and keep it off) we need to address certain areas…(The Pillars of health: Sleep, stress, movement, nutrition).

  • What else is going on in your life? What drives you mad, what makes you happy? What makes you sad?         

  • What else and what’s next? (Though I said this is a one off session, I will need to check in with you at some point to see how you are and how things are going for you, you will be on my mind until I do.  (This is me keeping you accountable 😉)
