These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Maria Monem Lifestyle Coaching, operated by Maria Monem, licensed in the United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence No. 882982.
By accessing this website or engaging in coaching services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

Maria Monem provides 1:1 health coaching services (virtual and in-person).
Health coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical care.
Services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
If you are under the care of a healthcare professional or taking prescription medication, you should consult your physician before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, supplement use, or lifestyle.

3. Client Responsibility
​
Participation in coaching services is voluntary.
Clients are fully responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, and actions.
Results vary from person to person. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

4. Payments and Refunds
​
All coaching services are:

• Personal
• Non-transferable
• Non-refundable
​
Full payment is required in advance prior to the commencement of coaching services.
​
In the event of withdrawal, cancellation, or discontinuation for any reason, fees remain non-refundable.
5. Scheduling and Program Duration
​
Coaching sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Programs expire if sessions are not completed within the agreed timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, materials, frameworks, tools, and resources, is the intellectual property of Maria Monem Lifestyle Coaching.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maria Monem Lifestyle Coaching shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in coaching services or use of this website.

You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on coaching sessions or website content.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by UAE law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
