Many people come to me feeling stuck after years of yo-yo dieting,  following plans that worked briefly (or not at all), and feeling frustrated when nothing seems to work.


Often, weight gain or difficulty losing weight isn’t simply about willpower or food choices.


Gut health, blood sugar regulation, hormones, stress, nervous system load, and emotional eating patterns all influence how the body responds. When these aren’t supported, change often feels short-lived or difficult to maintain.


What many discover through this work is that regulation is often the missing piece.

 

Supporting the body to feel more stable, nourished, and regulated can influence not only weight management, but energy, digestion, mood, and overall health.

About The Program

Restore · Rebalance · Reconnect is my signature program, developed to help you step out of the diet cycle and into a more grounded, lasting relationship with food and your body.

The Method

We begin by supporting gut health and digestion, including the balance of the gut microbiome, digestive function, and nutrient absorption. This phase focuses on improving how your gut responds to food, stress, and everyday demands.

We explore hormonal and metabolic health, including insulin regulation, stress hormones, thyroid function, and life-stage transitions, and how these affect appetite, cravings, mood, and body composition.

Reconnect

We work on your relationship with food and your body,  understanding emotional eating patterns, habits, triggers, and internal cues, and rebuilding awareness, trust, and self-regulation.

These areas are addressed together, with the emphasis guided by your individual needs.

GLP-1 Medication Support

Many people entering this program are currently using, or have previously used weight loss medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or similar GLP-1 therapies.


This program is designed to support you alongside medication, not judge or replace it.


Medication can reduce appetite, but it does not teach how to:

​

Nourish your body well

Manage stress and hormones

Support gut health and digestion

Recognize emotional eating patterns

Progress beyond medication changes


The focus is on building those foundations so weight loss is supported in a healthier, more balanced way. With or without medication.

Medical decisions, including starting, stopping, or adjusting medication, should always be made in consultation with your prescribing doctor.

The pace, focus, and depth of the work are shaped around your health history, lifestyle, goals, and current challenges.

Some clients need more support with digestion or blood sugar regulation.

Others need deeper work around emotional eating, habits, or mindset.

 

Many need a combination. We will focus on the areas you want to address and need support with.

  • medical or therapeutic treatment

  • a quick fix or extreme approach

  • based on calorie counting or rigid rules​
